 The Department of English at Pithapur Rajah's Government College (A), Kakinada, serves all academic groups within the institution by offering General English and Communication Skills courses. These courses are designed to enhance students’ language proficiency, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication, supporting their academic and professional growth across disciplines. In addition to this, the Department offers a specialized program—B.A. Special English Honours—which provides an in-depth study of English literature, language, and advanced communication. This Honours program is tailored for students passionate about English studies, equipping them with the analytical and expressive skills needed for diverse career opportunities and higher education.
